Preparation has started for the Open Book Examination in Delhi University. The open book examination will now be held from August 10 instead of August 15. DU Dean Dean of Examination Prof. Vinay Gupta has removed a notification saying that the notification will be removed soon for the examination in front of the students.

For this, DU will conduct mock tests in two phases. The Open Book Examination will be conducted for regular, SOL, NCWeb undergraduate students except for the last semester. DU did the mock test of the open book examination from 4 July. There was anger among students and teachers about it. The case also went to court. Now DU will once again conduct mock test before conducting open book examination from August 10, based on the decision of the court, so that a student does not face any problem in giving open book examination.

DU will be the online open book exam mock test in late July and first week of August. Its first phase will be held from July 27 to July 29 and the second phase from August 1 to August 4. DU has made alternate arrangements for students who are unable to take the open book examination. The examination will be conducted when the situation is normal for them.
